Paying more than I should

Why am I still paying for my old contract when I run out a month ago and I upgraded a month before.

@mpeaches16: You sure you upgraded your contract & not just taken out a new contract?

Contracts don't just run out; just that the min. term expires. Then it carries on on a monthly notice basis until you either cancel or upgrade it.

@mpeaches16  Where did you take out your new contract?  And was it done as a upgrade ?
