I am new to EE rang 501 twice by mistake instead of 105. Got charged £1.25 for 13 mins. How did I get to speak to customer service on the wrong number, more so annoyed I got charged

I am on pay monthly. Was surprised I got to speak with an advisor by calling on the wrong number. Was an expensive mistake
