My payment has been taken twice

How do I get my payment back taken twice in the space of 10 days

You need to call EE CS on 150 about refunds.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

thank you for the response I will contact CS when they open 

 

I paid my bill due to the direct debit failing as I never miss a payment did this via card payment 

 

did not not relish they would be attempting to take payment again 

 

hopefully the the will refund payment ASAP thank you for your response much appreciated

Hi,

 

Nomally if a direct debit fails it gets re-attempted 7 days later. If you make a card payment in between then you would need to cancel the direct debit with your bank in order for it not to be re-tried after 7 days. I presume you are now in credit with EE? If this is the case you can request a refund and it will be paid back into your bank account but can take around 8-15 working days. Go onto live chat after 8am or call 150 to request the refund 🙂
