She needs to call EE CS on 150 tomorrow, and discuss her options. Don't leave it until the payment defaults.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

The best advice I can give is to give customer service a call on 150 (they re-open tomorrow at 8am) and discuss it with them.

 

But please get in touch with them before your daughter's bill is due, as EE may be able to work with you to sort something out.
