My bill

Hi I just checked my bill and charges are double the amount I was meant to pay can you pls explain it

There is no account access on these forums, so you will need to speak to CS direct tomorrow about billing.

 

Any charges outside your normal bill will be itemised on your bill. You can view this bill via your online account or MyEE app.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

If you're unable to see what the additional charges are in your MyEE Account, I'd recommend contacting our Mobile Care team as they will be able to access your account and tell you what the additional charges are for.
