Mobile bill

Hi, 

i have changed my payment and account details. I changed the name and address. On the new bill I have received now the address has been changed but the name is still the same 

please advise what I can do

Was this a spelling error or change of name?

 

If its a minor spelling mistake, our mobile care team will need to change this for you. 

 

If its a change of name, you will need to provide proofs. You can visit your local EE Store with these proofs for them to process the change.

@Michelle44 changing it online would only affect your MyEE account profile.
