I paid my bill on 8th this month and i have been debited again

I have my monthly bill paid on the 8th February 2019 with my visa card and now my account has been debited again for the same bill. How do i get it reversed?

Ah, if a DD gets bounced EE gives it 1 more chance & retries the DD about a week later, yesterday. Looks like they crossed & the card payment wasn't processed in time to stop the 2nd DD attempt.

When is your billing date? The DD is taken about 7 days after your billing date.

 

If you have a DD in operation & you pay your bill by other means, a Visa card, on the billing date or later it is too late to stop the DD being taken.

 

What made you pay your bill by Visa card when you have DD set up?

@XRaySpeX The direct debit of 6th February was declined by my bank due to insufficient fund and on the 8th I got my account funded and pay with my card. The due date is 6th February

The card payment reflected on my account the day the transaction was made. Now now the account is in credit of the amount

That credit will go towards paying next month's bill, perhaps completely. Thus requiring no DD next month or only a small one
