My phone plan automatically came with this but I was told to ring 150 and cancel it and then wouldn't be charged for it yet I am!? I cancelled it the same day I took out the phone contract

You will have to ring EE customer service and sack to them as there is no way for anyone to access your account here and they can then take a look and sort this out foo you.
