I have an unwanted WiFi Dongle - who can I speak to?

My father, who has severe dementia, can't use his phone, let alone the internet and I wish to return/cancel the wifi dongle that we got for him. Not over keen that the only way I appear to be able to speak to someone is on a public forum though, is there a slightly more private option?

@Tablespider   As you are aware this is a public forum so you’ll need to call customer services to get this sorted.

No, you don't speak to someone on a public forum to cancel a contract. You need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 20%.
