I have a question about my Billing enquiry

I was overly charged on my upcoming bill, I should be paying less then then what I usually pay as I have discount applied to it. I don't understand why I have been charged a lot.

Your bill will tell you.

 

But any billing queries you will need to call EE

I can't pay my latest bill as I've had a family bereavement so I can't pay until the 29th of November so sorry again
