I can't tick the box to say I'm the bill payer and cannot access my bill?

I can not tick the box that is for the bill payer and the user.

Hello @kayleigh3 another device or browser if you can, or clearing the cookies/history of your current browser then trying but usually when the add numbers page bugs up It breaks forever so these steps probably will not work. 

 

Customer service on 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966 250 from

any other should still be able to set the correct permissions. If you want this feature fixing completely then they may need to delete your online account so you can start again fresh. Smiley Happy
