I am Paying Orange by DD but have not used them for years

I am about to cancel the DDirect Debit Payments to Orange but wondered how I would go about reclaiming what I have paid to date not having used the service for a number of years as your records will verify.

@w3nd1_: Paying for what service? Whatever it is you needed to call EE to give 30 days notice to cancel. You chose not to use it for so long, not EE

Don't just cancel your DD or you'll have the debt collectors chasing you.
