How do I change my address

How would I change my billing address without having to go in store? Is there no way I can do this online?

As @XRaySpeX said, you should be able to change your address in your My EE account.

 

I did updated mine last week. 🙂

You can update your billing address by logging in to your My EE and following these steps;

 

Menu > Account Settings > Scroll down to 'Your details' > Select 'Manage' next to your address

Hi, I can only find my contact details, not my billing address in My EE. I can't see anything called menu or account settings. There's My EE at the top of the website beside My Shop - I assume this toolbar is what people are referring to as the menu? when I hover over my EE there are lots of options, none of which say Account Settings.

@homesickj : Among the options you are looking at under "My EE" choose "Your Products". Then another Menu as horizontal bars appears on the L lower down. Start from that Menu.

 

Are you on contract or PAYG? You can't change your addy for PAYG as it's not recorded.
