i want to try and lower my phone bill if possible. Please can you help

You can do this when your minimum contract term has expired. 



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

go sim only if your out of contract. never stay on the contract once you have completed the term as you will be paying for the phone over and over again. plus the deals are much better out of contract. also look at adding another sim which is very cheap for a significant other and share data and the assoiated costs.
