Yes, £115 is about right if you were to early upgrade today. Your £49 has gone to pay your last bill, not this early upgrade fee.

Re: Hi I was wondering does my bill payment come off my early upgrade fee ,

No, it goes towards paying your latest bill. However your latest bill is for a month in advance.which would have been taken into account in calculating your early upgrade fee.

Re: Hi I was wondering does my bill payment come off my early upgrade fee ,

Hi there @Rlast1992

Thanks for coming to the community.

The Early Upgrade Fee will reduce each month for you, as this is the fee for how long is left on your plan.

If you check today and this shows as £117 after you have paid your last month's bill this will be the cost to upgrade early.

Our Mobile Care team will also be able to check the cost for you on 150 🙂

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.

Re: Hi I was wondering does my bill payment come off my early upgrade fee ,

Hi it’s just I paid £49.14 for Decembers bill and it was £119 the early upgrade or so the day before and the £49.14 hasn’t come off the early upgrade fee it’s now currently sitting at £114.50 so does t make sense.

thanks again
