Hello

Hello, i bought a phone with £43 plan per month on 4/1/2019 and i paid £50 upfront and now i supposed to pay only £43 as the contract says. The problem is, i checked my account and i found out that on 13/1/2019 they will take from my bank account £103 .

£35,83 monthly plan + £50 extracharge outside my plan????

+£17,17 Vat wich is fine.

If i have to pay every month £50 as an extracharge plus thr monthly plan i can not.I bought the phone with a contract because the offer it was good(only £43 per month 24months) thank you so much.

Re: Hello

It won't be every month. The £50 is a refundable security deposit probably against roaming. You'll get it back within 6 months I think. If you've no intention of using your phone abroad phone them up & ask for it back.

Re: Hello

Hi @Andreea1209,

Welcome to the community 🙂

Have you had a chance to check your bill via the My EE app to see if it is the deposit that has been added to your new account?

As @XRaySpeX has advised, our customer care team will be able to remove this for you if you don't need it on your account.

I have sent you a private message to get some further details from you

Alex 🙂
