Has anyone had problems removing itemised billing? Having agreed, it's now back.

Has anyone had problems removing the add-on, itemised billing?  I took out a new contract at a fixed price and then found itemised billing had been added to the bill.  When contacted, EE agreed to refund this and remove it as an add-on.  The new bill has refunded the previous amount, however itemised billing is still being charged for on the current bill.

@SharD  You’ll need to call customer services and tell them you don’t want itemised bill.

Thanks Jon - I rang and they apologised that it hadn't worked last time and will now definitely take off the itemised billingand refund this month's charge.
