Double charging

I am being  incorrectly overcharged for texts to Ukraine. For example I sent one text and was charged 5 times the exact same amount at the exact same time and the same for a call to a number outside Europe exact same time and cost

@Fin2 : How long were your texts? The limit is 160 characters for each before they are split and charged accordingly.

That explains the texts but not the double charging for the calls to a 08448 number

@Fin2 When calling these numbers you’ll be charged an access charge and a service charge. Is that what you are seeing?
