Double Billing

Hi there, I have not as yet changed my phone over but I am being charged for both my old sim and my new sim. Is there any way you could look in to this? I have been a loyal customer to EE and do not think this is very fair.

You need to speak with the billing team. 

As they can look at your account and advise.
