Direct debit failed, checked with bank 100% paid??

EE texted my direct debit failed, checked with bank 100% paid, never missed a payment. Time to leave!!

When a direct debit fails it shows that it has gone out but it may take a day to go back in.

 

So it doesn't mean it has gone through.

Are you sure it's a genuine text from EE?

 

What does your online account say?  If in any doubt, phone EE and speak to an agent.

Rang EE & was told the payment went through no problem, error at their end.
