i purchased a samsung galaxy J3 last year as my other phone contract had expired, my plan is £22 a month, why am i being billed £33 a month am i being over charged.  If i am i will go to another network provider with a lower price plan, i trust EE but if they are going to continue to bill me £33 a month i will go else where
