Billing

I have had my phone for 4 days and just received a monthly bill for £49. Why?! How can I be asked to pay a monthly bill for 4 days?????? Doesn't seem fair to me

Re: Billing

Hello @Terriquigley84 ,

Welcome to the community,

The reason for this is, because you pay a month in advance for your line rental, this you should have been told, it is perfectly normal.

Re: Billing

Hi @xredx.

Welcome to the community.

As mentioned above, you will pay your line rental one month in advance, so paying after a few days is perfectly normal.
