OK, so the email address on my online account is my 'outlook' address...(this is what I use to log in)
Why does my online bill get sent to my old 'btinternet' address (the one I registered with) even though I have changed it in MyEE?

Look in your MyEE under Account Settings or maybe My Profile to see if you have your old BT email addy as a Contact Addy.
