Billing Email address

OK, so the email address on my online account is my 'outlook' address...(this is what I use to log in)

 

Why does my online bill get sent to my old 'btinternet' address (the one I registered with) even though I have changed it in MyEE?

I recommend speaking to our Customer Care team. They'll be able to change the email address over on our system.

Look in your MyEE under Account Settings or maybe My Profile to see if you have your old BT email addy as a Contact Addy.
