Been charged twice for AirPods

Hi team, I’ve seem to be charged twice for a set of AirPods!

I ordered within app, but work away so i decided to get a set in store (Leeds). I left with a pair and all the paperwork and was told to ring 150 just to confirm I have a set and don’t sent me the second. They confirmed the warehouse has cancelled delivery, but my bill has been charged for 2 pairs! Rang 150 again and they will change bill ASAP. Nothing has changed on bill though.

Dont fancy paying for two pairs guys....HELP

Re: Been charged twice for AirPods

Hi @Stevebrinda

you probably won’t see any change on the current bill until either the money is taken ( it will be less than stated) or there will be a credit on your next bill if payment has already been taken or it’s too close to being taken from your account.  Rest assured, if they say they’ve sorted it, it will have been dealt with at EE’s end. Best call and speak to EE again if they are still showing on your account.
