Hi this is for info on behalf of my partner who is in financial difficulties and refusing to talk about it with Ee. he has missed a couple of payments and im concerned his contract will be terminated. Does anyone have any idea how long this takes and what sort of arrangements  collections will put in place to bring up to date?

@Janey83 : He is doing himself in the eye by not discussing this with EE. He will probably be disconnected after 2 missed payments, have his credit record marred & thence be hounded by debt collectors.

Let him read What should I do if I can't pay my bill?

My god I know. Ive tried to tell him but he gets in a state at the thought of speaking to him. i think hes already missed two. do you think they will set an arrangement at this stage to stop that?

thanks for your reply

They won't/can't set up any arrangement w/out discussing it with him. They will stop his DD.

Thanks! You're welcome :)! Glad I could be of assistance.

Yes, let him deal with the security Qs only & then hand over to you.
