Already paid bill

I recently payed my bill on the 1st of November but then today I received a text to pay my outstanding bill of the same amount I paid on the 1st went to my EE and its been suspended but my next bill isnt due yet and its not the same amount as last month. Need help please

You need to speak to EE CS direct about this issue via 150 or live chat. There is no account access on these forums.



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
