I moved service provider and so had to cancel my EE acount. However, I had credit in this account, which was never returned to me. EE have now closed my online account, but have not contacted me about the credit.
How can I get this money refunded and who do I need to contact? I'm loath to call them as it'll cost me more in time than the credit is worth, but on I'm reluctant to simply write off the money that was owed to me.
