why is your site telling me my account is closed when its not

i log into the app fine but when i want to go to the shop part it says login i do it then tells me my account is closed

That sounds odd. Have you made any changes to your account recently? Any upgrades or anything like that?

 

Does it give you this error message on more than one device/browser?

nope no upgrades nothing at all , it says the same when i try and login to shop on my imac as well

I recommend having a chat with our customer services so that they can check your account and make sure everything is OK.
