why am I unable to log in to my mobile account (MyEE) since mid-December?
I am trying in exactly the same way as before, online and via the iphone app. both comes back with an error message?

@brs.Give customer services a call and ask them to reset your account as you can not login to it.

@brs ring 0800 956 3146 it will put you straight through to a technical support advisor.

What error msg?
Are you on Orange? If you can't remember text NUMBER to 150.
