website down unable to upgrade

I found a sim only deal online and when I tried to upgrade the website is saying 'unavailable' This deal was only until midnight tonight. is there any way EE will extend this offer since their website was down and I couldnt complete the upgrade?

Take a screenshot of the offer and then the error message.

 

This will help your case when you ring up tomorrow morning.

hi

 

no didn't manage to get the same deal but got one that is pretty similar so dot mind.

 

only got sorted today with it I have been having a lot of problems with the website and my app.

 

 

does the sim only plan just activate itself with the sim I have now or do I have to change it over?

I'm glad you managed to get sorted on a deal that suits your needs 🙂

 

If you're going to be using the same phone, the SIM only deal will be switched onto the current SIM card so you won't need to do anything.
