It would seem the website is down for maintenance, we have quite a number of ee data sims at remote sites for remote viewing of cctv systems, we have not had any emails warning that the online account service will be going offline.
As long as the service returns in the morning we can check it.
please could ee let their customers know that the my ee webpages are going offline.
also is there another way we can remotely topup these sims without having to use the gui?

Hello @awsecurity sorry to hear you are unable to top up online. If you have topped up the SIM over the phone and/or have already set a security PIN for topping up you should still be able to top up using a debit or credit card by calling 07953 966 250 from any phone, entering the mobile linked to the 4GEE WiFi account then using the automated options for topping up. 🙂
