upgrade page - looping

your upgrade page is goosed. 

 

log in, go to upgrade link below, it takes you to an iphone 11 advert that invites you to log in ..... again.

EE are an absolute shambles, this is the second time in a couple months i have had to inform them of their upgrade process being broken.

no - i am already logged in - click on any 'upgrade' icon and it takes you to that link, advertising iphone 11 and a link to the login page. 

 

ive just tried it again, and there is a comedy message displayed now:

 

SORRY, OUR ONLINE SHOP IS NOT AVAILABLE RIGHT NOW.

There's an issue, but we're working hard to fix it. We'll be back online soon.
Please give us a call or come into one of our stores. We'll be back online as soon as possible.

 

so i guess someone has finally pulled a finger out and realised you're probably losing loads of money - again.

no thanks @Leanne_T , the only reason i was looking as im eagerly awaiting the end of my contract and wanted to compare what offers there are. 

 

to stay with EE the iphone would have to be free, and considering this type of incident even then i'd probably say no.
