tried to login several times today, reset my password, Just says processing

Have tried several attemps to login with no success.

Have reset my password,

Every attempt, says 'Processing' then takes me back to the login in screen!

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

I have had the same issue. There must be an issue somewhere.

I'm having the same problem, can't login even after re setting password and speaking to EE via 150 on the phone.

Need to access account info to print invoices.

There must be an issue with website

Hi Leanne

No error message just returns to enter login details page.

Was supposed to have been sorted but wadnt last night at midnight!

This is the 1st 1st time it's ever happened. Must be an issue somewhere.

I've been having the same exact problem for at least a week now.

I try to log in and it doesn't continue anywhere. Just goes straight back to the log in page.

 

And I can't log in on the app either.

I just get a processing error.

usually only go into the account once a month.

Only tried yesterday, there was no error message, just said processing and then took me straight back the login screen
