I recently tried to topup online, but the confirm payment button is missing and the only action I can do is cancel. I used this service in the past and it worked fine, but with the new design, I can't do this anymore. Any ideas?

I did not think this matters, but I used Firefox under linux for this operation.
After you told me to clear cache, I tried to login on Chrome under linux, and it complains about loading unsecure scripts in HTTPS mode and it fails to login.
I was able to use my account just fine until last month. Maybe it has something to do with using an existing card for the operation. I will try adding my card again to see if anything changes.
Meanwhile, I think the unsecured connection issues are worth reporting to the engineering team as this is not standard practice.
