talk to account holder but i am the account holder?

I have an upgrade available. When i try to check or fo anything on the account it says i need to talk to the account holder, but I am the account holder and the only device thats registered to my ee account?

Hi @KennyTaylor 

 

Log into your online account and then Menu - Account settings. Then make sure both boxes are ticked.

 

You shouldn't have any further problems.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
