problem login in to my ee

I have a problem adding my phone number to EE app. I used to have different email address and this was recently changed but when it is asking to add a device i will put my number in it says - An account holder for this number already exists. I already requested change of the email address which was done but still cant pass this step.

Call EE on 150 and ask them to delete your old account, then register again.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
