plan with new phone

for some reasons my plan has does not change. but iv'e ordered a new phone with new plan but i still have plan "pay as you go" but should be monthly plan with 30 GB data and unlimited texts and calls.how can we solve this problem?

@ilona55 : A PAYG MyEE a/c won't just turn into a contract account. You need to call CS to delete your old MyEE a/c & then you can set up your new contract MyEE a/c afresh, using the same email addy & mobile no. if desired.
