number isn't recognised

I'm trying to add my mobile to my EE account but it keeps coming up that the number isn't recognised. I text NUMBER to 150 to check the number was right and it's still not working

Re: number isn't recognised

No, Orange online access was removed on 29th Dec. The only way to manage your Orange a/c now is by text or phone. Have a read of Orange Your Account closure - explained .

Re: number isn't recognised

Would this be an Orange no? MyEE is not available for Orange a/c's.
