number already registered, trying to view bills in my EE takes me to add device?

My number is already registered, trying to view bills in my EE takes me to add device screen... When I try to add device ust keeps going to 'Device already registered'

Have you just upgraded?

 

You will need to phone CS to delete your old a/c & you can start a new 1 afresh.
