new sim contract

Hi just set up a new sim contract but it’s saying the wrong price in ee app does anyone know why it’s on one of the deals

Any discounts will be shown under the add on section of the EE app/Online. Your tariff cost (pre discount) will always show on your app/online as the tariff you have. When billed the discounts (shown under the add on section) will be discount your bill to the agreed tariff cost.


That is if the tariff you chose was discounted.



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Thanks will take a look and see if not I’ll give them a ring tomorrow just to double check it is £25 and not £35
