need customer service help

What is the latest status with the Login - Error?  I have been trying for two days now to access my account online and via the app.  Just keep getting login error message.  Also no customer service available on 150.  Surely this is taking way too long to fix?

Welcome to the community,

 

I have just tried the numbers to ring customer service and get “Welcome to EE...”. As I do not need to speak to them I hung up. I have just tried to log-in via the browser and via the app without any problems.

Are you now able to log into My EE?

 

Were you having problems logging in from your phone or a desktop computer?
