It is now couples of days that I'm trying to login on my account, but all the time a get an issue and an error message saying try again.

I would suggest you ring EE customer service to get this sorted, as you are no able to log into your account.
Just wondering, have you just upgraded or changed your plan? As you may have to wait before you can log-in to your account and see everything, this happened when I pre-ordered my new phone and watch, I got the same message until my order was delivered.
