Go to http://add-on.ee.co.uk whilst connected over the mobile network, not WiFi.

Hello @DonEE you can check your data by texting the code AL to 150, accessing http://add-on.ee.co.uk using mobile data (not WiFi) or logging in to your MY EE online account:
