I'm managing 2 numbers on PAYG accounts but both numbers are showing the exact same usage online. How can I separate them? Should I delete one & start again?

@Jak1: These 2 nos. are both under the same MyEE a/c?
Are you switching between them using the Switch A/c's drop-down under the Menu?

Yes, they are under the same account but have different account numbers in the drop-down box but mine isn't showing my usage, just my husbands

Don't have a pack name for either account as have only topped up with a voucher since being changed from Orange.
My husbands account was added first when we bought him a new phone (old one broke) & subsequently added mine once the changeover to EE was completed. So his account shows first when logging in & his balance & usage is correct.
When I use the drop-down menu to change to my account it shows my balance as correct but the usage is exactly the same as my husbands & shows nothing of my own usage.
Both accounts have different numbers & of course the actual phone numbers are different.
