unable to log in to my EE account. keeps telling me password incorrect so reset it and same happens - have been going round in circles for days. Staff on phone didnt have an answer

If CS cannot reset your password then ask them to delete your account so you can register again.

As per other users' correspondence I have tried logging in with a different browser from Internet Explorer and it works. but how annoying that I cannot use Internet Explorer and that CS dont seem to be aware of this issue
