i have lost my phone and need to report it so that it can be locked. Customer services are down and i need to report it and get a new phone sen tout,

Please note that we’ve identified an issue with a data centre that supports EE customer service, and our technical teams are still working to fix it today.
You’ll be able to speak to the relevant team about your lost/stolen phone as soon as this is fixed.
As long as you’ve tried to contact us within 24 hours – either by phone or social media – we will take this into account as soon as you are able to speak to the relevant team to report this to them.
@tm90 stores are unable to assist with this type of query.

@Lee_H thank you for confirming.
Possible back up in future EE? Other networks can do this. Having not one single way to report a loss or theft is concerning.
