ive been unsuccessfully trying to get through to live chat.
Earlier got through but after speaking to about 3 agents and the last very idiotic one I had to close window to end chat.
Then have been trying for 2 -3 hrs now but cant get through!!
most annoying as Im abroad so need this chat.

You know how to contact them it's just you cannot connect? It might be the agents are busy with other customers.
Have you considered calling instead in 150?
Lastly please remember EE chat staff are there to try and help, and can only help as far as the information they are given, please remember that when you have such rude view on the people trying to help you.

Listen to me first please I was connected to about 3 or 4 agents which apologised to me & saying we ll put you through to correct agent. This was in error too.
which is fine but I had to keep repeating what I was saying.
the last one was very rude she was not putting me through to someone else as requested....
not being rude just stated what happened.

Why not just called EE in 150? If you are struggling to get your point across via live chat then speaking to someone will be more productive.
