Can anyone advise. I log into my account but when asked to varify my account number it tells me it's incorrect but i have had my account number confirmed by a member of the EE team. What can i do to sort this?

Update on this post-I have just had my account reset and had an EE team member confirm my account number. However when i type it in to verify my account there are too many didgets. I cannot get back to live chat to sort this.
