how to get your sim started

I've just got a new EE sim with a 15 pound bundle but it's saying I have to choose a pack?

Hi,

 

Did you purchase that online exclusive £15 data pack? If so you'll have to phone the customers services to have it added to your account.  We have had many posts in the community about this issue. 

 

You can borrow a friends phone to call EE on 07953 966 250, or 150 (It costs to phone customers services from a pay as you go phone) from your phone.
