On my app I have all three devices registered on their. But they are all on user and I’ve tried swapping over to im the bill payer to move data between the three accounts for my kids. But it won’t let me any ideas?
It may be the user permissions on your account. Check with customer services if it has been set up correctly so that your number is listed as the account holders number.
